How to edit scale list

When we insert blocks or objects in an existing drawing, the main issue is that most of the time, the inserted blocks or objects may be too small or too big to fit the drawing. What SCALE can do now is to help us scale the object independently of others so it can fit the whole drawing.

How to edit scale list

  1. Three ways to access the Edit Scale List dialog box:

* In the GstarCAD Classic workspace: Format > Scale List, as shown in the following picture,

* In the 2D Drafting workspace: Annotation tab > Annotation Scaling > Scale List, as shown in the following picture,

* Enter Command: SCALELISTEDIT, then press Enter key, as shown in the following picture,

2. Select the scale that we do not need, then click “Delete” to delete it, as shown in the following picture,

3. Click “Add” button, add the scale we need in the popped-up “Add scale” dialog box, as shown in the following picture,

4. Click OK to close the dialog box.
