How to convert CAD table to Excel Table ?

There are two kinds of CAD table: one is CAD table object, another is table consisting of lines and texts.

  1. Convert CAD table object to Excel table

If the CAD table is created by using TABLE object, just select the table object, and click the right mouse button and select , as shown in the following picture,

or just enter the COMMAND TABLEEXPORT, the table will be exported to .csv file, which can be opened in Excel software, voila, the CAD table is easily converted to Excel table,

2. How to convert table consisting of lines and text to Excel table 

To convert table consisting of lines and text, we can use Express tool provided by GstarCAD,

When using GstarCAD Classic workspace, Find Express > Table Tools > CAD Table to Excel, as shown in the following picture,

When using 2D Drafting workspace, find Express > CAD Table to Excel, as shown in the following picture,
