GstarCAD 2022 offers a new command LAYULKALL that is used to unlock all the locked layers with just one click.

How to access the LAYULKALL command

* When using the 2D Drafting workspace, find Home tab > Layer panel > Layer, Unlock all layers (LAYULKALL), as shown in the following picture,

* When using GstarCAD Classic workspace, find Format > Layer Tools > Unlock all layers, as shown in the following picture,

Enter “LAYULKALL”, as shown in the following picture,

You get the following prompt

After executing the command, all layers are unlocked and there would be “ All layers have been unlocked ” prompt in the Command Line,

If you execute this command when there is no locked layer in the drawing, there would be “ No layers to unlock ” prompt in the Command Line,

What’s the difference between LAYULK and LAYULKALL ?

LAYULK is used to unlock the layer of a selected object, users could unlock a layer by selecting a object on it without specifying the layer name.

But with LAYULKALL command, users don’t need to specify any object or layer, all layers will be unlocked as soon as the command is executed.
