GstarCAD 2022 is officially released !

Today, we’re glad to announce the official release of GstarCAD 2022.

GsarCAD 2022 comes with new features and key enhancements on plotting, PDF files, raster images, dimension features and so on to create a better user experience and boost productivity.

What’s new in GstarCAD 2022

LAYDRAWORDER command

This new command enables you to reorder your drawing layers very conveniently.

The “Layer Draw Order” dialog box will pop up and makes it easier to rearrange layers in preferred order.

FASTSEL command

This new FASTSEL(Fast Selection) command helps select objects with efficiency and accuracy.

It can be used to create a selection set of an existing object and all the objects that touch the selected object, including line, polyline, circle, arc, attribute definition, text, Mtext, ellipse and image.

ACET Interfaces

With ACET (AutoCAD Express Tools) interfaces, more AutoCAD Express Tools and Plug-ins can be loaded and executed successfully by entering APPLOAD to pop up the following dialog box,

LAYULKALL command

This new command is used to unlock all the locked layers with just one click. There is no need to specify any object or layer, because all layers will be unlocked as soon as the command is enabled.

CHANGEBASE command

With ChangeBase command, users can specify new position of base point of blocks by either moving objects or moving the base point.

Enhanced plotting — take your design to the next level

Plot PDFs with high-quality and small-size

The Truetype fonts in Text in the output PDFs come out very clear, clean and are searchable.

Third-party programs and tools can easily recognize the information contained in the PDFs and hyperlinks are retained and remain clickable.

Plot with transparency

The transparent effects in GstarCAD 2022 help enhance drawings in a variety of ways, for example, by making a hatch transparent you are able to show objects that may otherwise hidden below the hatch.

Enhanced Raster Image — More formats & High Quality

GstarCAD 2022 supports more image file formats, including the most common formats used in major technical imaging programs: computer graphics, engineering, mapping and GIS.

The raster images are clearer, more accurate and detailed with better brightness, visual contrast and fade effect.
