New MText Editor now supports Annotative, Superscript, Subscript, Numbering and Match Text Formatting

Improvement in GstarCAD 2021: Tool Palette

The Tool Palette in GstarCAD 2021 has been improved to allow users add a tool based on an existing hatch pattern. Users can drag and drop a hatch objects with specified scales into the Tool Palettes.
