The ATTIPEDIT command provides a quick and easy way to edit the textual content of an attribute of a block when you feel like editing the attribute values without accessing the attribute editor.

How to access the ATTIPEDIT command

* When using 2D Drafting workspace, please find Express tab > Blocks >  Edit block attribute in place, shown as below,

* When using GstarCAD Classic workspace, please find Express > Blocks > Edits block attribute in place, shown as below,

To edit the textual contents of an attribute of a block easily and fast when you feel like editing the attribute values in the In-Place Text Editor other than in the attribute editor.  

If you select a single-line attribute, the In-Place Text Editor is displayed without the Text Formatting toolbar and the ruler. And you can right-click to display options.

If you select a multiple-line attribute, the In-Place Text Editor is displayed with the Text Formatting toolbar and the ruler.
