There’re several ways to transfer drawings from paper space to model space.

1. Copy & Paste

Select objects in drawing space and press CTRL + C, then switch to model space and press CTRL + V

3. Export the entire layout to model space

We can use EXPORTLAYOUT, the EXPORTLAYOUT command is used to save all visible objects in current layout to model space of new drawing.

We can open a drawing with layout, click the layout tab to be exported, then enter EXPORTLAYOUT, as shown in the following picture,

 then a dialog box would pop up, asking us to confirm the file name and file type, after the file has been created, we would get the following message:
