-Sometimes selecting a group of objects could be difficult when they all get crowded.
-For example. If you want to select a group of lines and polylines that lie on the same layer.
-You can use the Quick Select button on ribbon> home tab> utilities panel.
-This will open a dialog box where you can select the objects properties.
-You can filter objects in entire drawing or by your selection.
-Object type will show you list of types available in your drawing.
-Select Multiple as object type, because you want to select lines and polylines.
-Select the Layer as property where are the lines and polylines.
-Select the layer name as Value for the objects to be selected.
-Now you have selected two different group of objects with a specific property filter.
