Just like in the Microsoft Word, we sometimes need to add circled numbers in CAD, just follow the steps below.

1. Enter random text such as “CAD”, as shown in the following picture,

2. click “Enclose Text with Object” under “Express > Texts” as shown in the following picture,

Then you are prompted to select object, just select the CAD text and then press Enter, at last, you will get your text circled, as shown in the following picture,
