Houseplan is a 3D modeling and real-time rendering programme that has useful 3D tools and features, enabling architects, urban planners, amateurs, etc. to present building ideas easily and efficiently.

Houseplan supports importing oblique photography and point cloud data. In addition, Houseplan supports import & export of commonly used file formats such as fbx, obj, tif, dem, osg, bmp, jpg, and png. Users can also import and edit designs in dwg, skp, rvt, or 3ds formats.

To import models in other formats, just click find Insert tab > Import panel > Other Formats, and select the model from the folder, shown as below,

Then you can edit the imported models by converting them to editable objects using “Advanced Modeling” tool under the Modeling tab.
